When Jesus was asked which is the greatest commandment, he said: “‘... love the Lord your God with all your heart, all your soul, and all your mind... and ‘Love your neighbor as yourself." That pretty much sums up our philosophy! Part of that love is treating every attender as family. We work hard to care for one another without condition.
We believe social & spiritual development goes hand in hand. We have weekly and monthly opportunities to connect in smaller groups, as well as, yearly all church events - such as our Spring BBQ & Fall Mania.
No matter who you are, or where you are on life's journey, you are welcome here!
Established in 1846, we have a long history of being a community church. We are all about the Good News of Jesus and his teachings of love, acceptance and transformation. We are a diverse group where you will not find judgement but are encouraged to seek God and experience transformation.
When you visit you will see many folks dressed casually and some dressed in their "Sunday best". You will discover an informal worship service that includes hymns and contemporary praise music. We have coffee & snacks after each service for those who enjoy being social!
